Mix 1 kg of ready-made crêpe batter with approx. 1.5 l to 1.9 l of cold water (depending on the desired dough consistency).

The ready-made crêpe batter mix produces a neutral batter and is suitable for sweet and savory crêpes.
Tip: Refine the crêpe batter with a dash of pure vegetable oil.
If you have some leftover dough that was mixed the same day and stored in a cool place, no problem. Before using, please stir the dough again with a whisk.

waffle batter
Mix 1 kg of ready-made waffle dough with approx. 500 to 800 ml of cold water (depending on the desired dough consistency and the condition of the waffle iron) and 200 ml of vegetable oil or vegetable cream with butter flavor. Mix the ingredients into a smooth dough (do not beat until foamy!!!) - DONE. Fill the waffle iron and bake the waffles. The filling quantity and baking time vary depending on the shape and size of the baking plates.
