Ready within 2 hours during collection times on weekdays. Collection possible in Herxheim from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and on Fridays until 1:00 PM. Please note: Only cash payment is accepted on site.

Durability

Our ready-to-use dough mixes are shelf-stable for at least 6 monthsfrom the date of production. Since we produce fresh and in small batches, you can expect a correspondingly long freshness. Please store in a cool, dry place.

Store prepared dough refrigerated and use within 24 hours.

Application

Mix 1 kg of bubble waffle ready-mix batter with approx. 500 to 800 ml of cold water (depending on desired batter consistency and waffle iron characteristics) and 200 ml of vegetable oil or vegetable cream with butter flavor.

Stir the ingredients into a smooth batter (do not whip until foamy!) – DONE.

Fill the waffle iron and bake the waffles. The filling quantity and baking time vary depending on the shape and size of the baking plates.
