Our dough mixes are high-quality foods. We only use natural raw materials from certified German brand manufacturers. Our whole egg powder comes from barn-raised chickens, the flour from a local mill and whole milk and cream powder from the region. Our dough mixes are completely free of additional flavors, additives and preservatives. We do NOT use any trans fatty acids (hydrogenated vegetable fats), additives or preservatives! The smell of our ready-made mixes alone is a guarantee of the best quality.

Rohstoffe, die den Unterschied machen

Unsere Rohstoffe wählen wir mit derselben Sorgfalt aus, mit der wir unsere Rezepturen entwickelt haben. Volleipulver, Milchpulver und Sahnepulver beziehen wir ausschließlich von deutschen Markenfirmen, unser Weizenmehl stammt direkt aus der Region. Auf Palmfette, Palmöl, Trans-Fettsäuren sowie Zusatz- und Konservierungsstoffe verzichten wir konsequent. Weil guter Geschmack nur dann entsteht, wenn die Grundlage stimmt.

Und wenn am Ende nur noch Wasser fehlt, um aus unserer Mischung hochwertigen Teig zu machen, dann steckt dahinter jahrelange Entwicklungsarbeit - und das Vertrauen darauf, dass jede einzelne Charge so gut ist wie die davor.
