Ready within 2 hours during collection times on weekdays. Collection possible in Herxheim from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and on Fridays until 1:00 PM. Please note: Only cash payment is accepted on site.

Durability

Our ready-to-use dough mixes are shelf-stable for at least 6 monthsfrom the date of production. Since we produce fresh and in small batches, you can expect a correspondingly long freshness. Please store in a cool and dry place.

Store prepared dough in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.

Application

Mix 1 kg waffle mix with approx. 500 to 800 ml cold water (depending on desired dough consistency and waffle iron properties) and 200 ml vegetable oil or vegetable cream with butter flavor. Stir the ingredients into a smooth dough (do not beat until foamy!) - DONE.

Fill the waffle iron and bake the waffles. The filling quantity and baking time vary depending on the shape and size of the baking plates.
