Durability

Unsere Fertigteigmischungen sind ab Herstellung mindestens 6 Monate haltbar. Da wir frisch und in kleinen Chargen produzieren, können Sie mit einer entsprechend langen Frische rechnen. Bitte kühl und trocken lagern.

Angerührten Teig gekühlt aufbewahren und innerhalb von 24 Stunden verbrauchen.

Application

Stir 1 kg pancake mix with 0.5 to 0.6 l water (depending on desired batter consistency) and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or vegetable shortening with butter flavor into a smooth batter – DONE.

Our pancake batter can be used to create various pancake creations.
